It is often difficult and painful to confront problems so when anyone takes a positive step and seeks counselling, It is important that they can express their deepest thoughts and emotions, all without judgement, whilst being offered the unconditional support they need whilst on their journey of self-discovery.
As a therapist I will be non-judgemental and will not in any way influence you, or take any form of control over your life.
I work in an integrative way utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Transactional Analysis and Person Centred Approaches as required, as I do not believe that one approach is suited to everyone's needs.
Counselling is about you taking control of your life, and by taking the first step you are choosing to make a positive difference to your life.
